This website presents the association and its tools. It sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement.

Contact form

When you write to us, through the form or by email, we receive the information you enter: name, email address, and if you provide them, your organisation and role, and your message.

• Purpose: replying to you. This information is used for nothing else; it is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
• Recipients: the members of the association’s board who handle requests.
• Hosting: messages reach us through the association’s email, hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland); the form passes through the website host, Vercel.
• Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, three years after our last exchange.

The tools (SimFlow, OpsFlow)

User accounts of the tools are covered by their own privacy policy, available from each tool.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to our contact address. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
